Emily and Joe had clearly poured their hearts into planning this celebration of their love, and were surrounded by dear friends and family. One unique thing that I got to see for the first time was a butterfly release: each guest was given a folded piece of paper inside which a live butterfly was safely stored, and when they unfolded the papers together, the butterflies fluttered into the air in unison. They also chose this very special date for their wedding: it was their ten year anniversary of being a couple!

Emily and Joseph’s deep love was clear to me, and it was a joy and privilege to be part of capturing this special day for them to remember for years to come.
